Cherry is a very popular wood for smoking and BBQ and it’s not hard to see why – with its sweet smell and amazing smoke ring, it definitely adds something special to your cooking.
Our cherry is sourced from local SA orchards, in the Adelaide Hills and on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Chunks are best used in small to mid-sized smokers such as kettle style BBQ’s, drum and bullet smokers.
We offer a flat $12 shipping rate on all rub and sauce orders within Australia. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated based on current freight rates and your postcode.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, typically taking 3-7 business days.
