Ironbark is a very dense wood, great for long cooks or as a heat source. It has a very bold flavour and renowned Australia wide as being an excellent choice for smoking wood
Chunks are best used in mid-sized smokers and BBQs, such as kettle BBQs, bullet smokers and Kamado style cookers.
Where possible, we source our wood from pesticide free orchards, therefore there may be some evidence of insect damage on some of our wood
We offer a flat $12 shipping rate on all rub and sauce orders within Australia. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated based on current freight rates and your postcode.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, typically taking 3-7 business days.
